I had all of my windows in my home replaced with Magic Windows 11 years ago. Now, any time I need parts they send them out, if I happen to have a problem with window or sliding door they send a technician out to repair, no charges for anything. The last time the technician was out to repair sliding door handle he noticed, the track of sliding door was cracked. He ordered a new part and the service dept. called to schedule an appointment with me a few weeks later to replace. Works perfect now. I don't recall any home product/repair company that has better after market service and warranty. Worth every penny.

He came out quickly and fixed the kitchen drain that had been installed incorrectly. The work was done fast, a good price so far so good.
