We had wanted an air conditioner for when our twins would arrive. Our house gets unbearably hot in the summer and the last thing we wanted was overheated babies. It was super easy to book an appointment. The associate, Jordyn was fantastic. Very professional and personable at the same time, it was like having one of my best friends over for coffee. She explained everything clearly to us covering everything from how the machine would run to financing so that we could afford it on one income and twin newborns. After the installation she made sure to check on us to ensure everything was up to par. I love our machine, it's super quiet, easy to run and works so efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone!
