I just moved into a place and was having issues with my furnace running continuously. I gave them a call and James was able to get me in extremely quickly. He was on time and accomodated for my schedule. James took a look and realized one of the switches was activating fan continuously. He serviced the house previously with the previous owner so he knew the history of furnace system and was able to give dates of when the system was serviced, which was amazing since I didn't know when things were serviced previously. He took care of the fan issue at no cost and I booked him in next week to fully service the furnace, drinking water filter, and humidifier. I am very impressed with his honesty, non-sales like attitude, reasonable quote, and straight forward answers to my questions. I will be recommending Titanium Mechanical to all my friends. Danny
