I fell in love with a Flexform sofa called Soft dream that was way past my budget at $17,000.00 and was attracted to Ideals' website statement saying they could reproduce anything one was wanting. spoke with Krystina who was very helpful, nice and very accommodating in making sure the sofa would not only be looking the same but well manufactured. I could tell she stood behind their word and wanted to please my needs and expectations. Well it was an extremely difficult sofa they replicated the design to a 'T' and much better, it had steel polished Chrome legs that were made custom by them and a base where the seat cushions were to rest that in the original piece was metal wrapped in leather. They reproduced that as well modifying it in solid wood wrapped in leather to ensure it would sustain the weight over time. My sofa as far as I'm concerned is even better than the original as the original seat cushions and back cushions are filled with a polyfoam which we all know deforms after time. I had them fill the top layer of each cushion with a down and feather layer which is so much more durable over time as it can be fluffed not to mention extremely comfortable. The Flexform sofa model is called Soft Dream. Ideal's custom replica with feather and down is just that, a soft dream. Their workmanship is impeccable and the fabrics they gave me to chose from were of highest quality; I chose a medium grey in a heavy Italian Linen & cotton. I am thoroughly satisfied with my whole experience with them and would recommend Ideal to anyone.
