Delivered defective sofa, no answer after 2 days on how to solve the issue, pushed it to the weekend to then say there is no support on the weekend, if you want to return it you have to pay for the return and they won't refund the shipping cost this looks more like the business model: send damaged furniture, refund furniture keep $80 each time and if people wants to return it's usually not cost effevtive ,worse customer support than Bell, which I thought was impossible.
