I am very satisfied with Navco team. My 25 year old roof was torch-on tile roof and badly needed a replacement. Edgar (Navco's owner) spend time and did extensive analysis of my roof first (others were not as thorough and some did not even bother checking the roof as they said everything can be estimated from Google Satellite images!). He patiently explained my options and then provided a turnkey estimate. He provided many references as well as Certainteed "SELECT Shingle Master" certificate and proof of insurance. Once I decided to proceed with Navco (I had done extensive analysis based on many factors including experience, trust and total cost), we agreed on the start date. His team came on this date and all were very professional and completed the job in 5 days. It was the best experience as it went exactly as planned and on budget (no surprises and no up charges). I'd definitely recommend them to freinds and family
