Dino and Mitre called as they were ahead of schedule, and when they arrived, they promptly worked on setting up and started the duct cleaning work. A few screws were left on the floor in the furnace room after cleaning, but overall they were careful and took care to ensure that all ducts and vents are cleaned.

Chris was very friendly and replied promptly over email & phone to ensure we can schedule a time that was convenient for us for our chimney inspection and cleaning. He arrived on time at our home, and he gave us a thorough explanation of the service that is required for our chimney without adding extra costs. He also explained to us the proper operation and maintenance of our chimney to ensure it will operate without issues in the future.
