We recently purchased a 60 year old bungalow with the original floors. The floors were in decent condition but needed work. We got a quote form Metro to sand, repair, and refinish the floors. They were able to do the work on time and for the quoted price. The floors look amazing. It is like new hardwood but with more character. Excellent attention to detail as all of the minor nail holes and cracks were filled and the sanding went right up to the edges and corners.
We recently purchased a 60 year old bungalow and got a quote from Guns N Hoses for adding attic insulation. While doing the quote, Neil at GNH noticed that we had 2 uninsulated ducts running through the attic and that the bathroom fan was not connected. GNH gave us a quote to add insulation and fix the other attic issues. They installed insulated ducts, fixed the fan, and put in the additional insulation. They were very professional and explained what they were doing and showed me the attic several times to point out that they were doing a good job.
