Dispatch #61756. I had A1 install a new furnace in July 2015 and decided it was now time to test it before the weather gets really cold. Set the thermostat to heat, furnace came on and brought the house up to temperature then shut-off. However on the next call for heat the furnace did not light and the LED indicator started to flash red. I called service, left a message and John promptly responded. He advised he was in Toronto on a call and it would be a few hours before he got to my house. He arrived within his stated time frame, was polite, quickly found the problem and corrected it. He stayed for 45 minutes after the problem was corrected to ensure the furnace cycled properly. John also answered other questions I had about the furnaces operation. This was my first experience with A1 for service and I would highly recommend them and John for any service requirements. Thanks John. I checked the furnace operation again today as you requested and it is working fine.
