All and all. JUNK! Remote didn`t work after the first month. YES, with fresh Batteries. Removed the glass to clean it after the first year of use and the glass would not come perfectly clean. Yes, I used fireplace glass cleaner. Had to have some one come in to restart it last year and it looks like I will again. Pilot lite does not stay lit. Truly JUNK !
