The only positive review here is by the wife of the owner of Legendary. That should reveal enough about them right there. We like our house. We despise Legendary. Deceitful. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Unreasonable. Most we speak to in our neighbourhood feel the same way. Many have taken legal action. There are plenty of options in the lower mainland for new projects- go with someone else.
