Hillary

We used them six times at our home. Three of those times, things were broken/ruined and not reported - one was our unity sand vase from our wedding, which I had moved to a very stable location to protect it but they spilled it. All three things were broken, and the broken things HIDDEN for us to find later. And when we used them to do a move out clean, I came in and they had hung coats on our lamp. When I finally brought up the issues, I requested our most recent clean be refunded. She declined, and offered a free clean or a smaller amount (around half of our last clean). I told her no, we didn't want anything else broken and we would not be using the company again. She insisted on the smaller amount, so I gave her my email to send the $. Apparently right after that, she had a family in hospital but would "send it for sure." Over two weeks later and she hasn't yet sent it. I'm sure the invoicing hasn't stopped, but making it right with us has been conveniently forgotten.
