Harry at Optimum Services was referred to me by a friend, who uses his company for pest control. When we had a problem Harry came immediately to the house, showed us where the problem was coming from. He explained in a professional manner what needed to be done to correct the problem. He followed up each and every day including Saturday and Sunday. I was so impressed with the service that I asked to be signed up for a yearly maintenance program. Highly recommended.

Last year Chubb Edwards showed dubious accounting and charged me for a police call that didn't happen. They then reversed the charge. Now they are trying to bill me for another call without supporting documentation of a police attendance to an alarm. They cannot or will not provide a police bill to them and are threatening collection. I will pay the bill once evidence of the police call is provided.
