I required my boiler to be fixed during the COVID-19 shut down. A challenging time for a service call but the company had clear measures in place for a contactless service call to ensure both technician and customer were safe. Not only did I get a reminder about my appointment the day before, but I was also sent an email with a picture of the technician so I would know who to expect to be arriving at my home. The technician was on time, and very polite. Unfortunately a part was required but not available due to the COVID-19 shut down and it would be a bit of a wait for it to arrive. The temperatures were low (<0C over night) but I was offered heating blankets and space heaters to borrow - I could not believe this great service. While waiting for the part to arrive, Emma (from the office) kept in touch keeping me updated. On the day of the appointment for the installation of the new part, Emma called to say that my technician would be a bit late (15 mins). I have never heard of a company doing such thing and appreciated the call. Hoerner's service is professional and they go above and beyond for their customers. I will never use any other heating and plumbing company.
