I avoided all the fly by night outfits who solicited us in our new home, and paid almost double what the cheapest quote was on a 'last year' model cutting corners with the no names in the industry who use hotmail and yahoo email addresses.... Quality service, fair price and great follow up and understanding of the industry. You get what you pay for, and Air Calm is well worth the investment! SOLID COMPANY...

Buyer beware! STAY AWAY. We were told about a free quote, only to have a high pressure sale on our antique furniture that should get done before it is ruined beyond repair. They gave the lowest quote possible, and upholstery-guard, extra this, you should consider that, amounted to a scary amount finally spend on the final outcome. Lots of Promises, but 'When you see the finished product, you'll know why it costs so much!' Rhetoric. Stay away from this outfit!

I cannot comment on the price as the Builder of my new home has contracted Decora to do the windows and doors on our project. The window does not come with the small white caps which cover/go over the exposed screws. This is apparently are not included! When I enquired with the Decora serviceman (his first visit to measure the window) as to why such a small and inexpensive part does not come with it, I was told to talk to my builder. They do not have any! When the Decora installer/repairman returned to install the frame which was damaged before I took possession, I asked if it was possible to buy them since they were not included. He thought that my simple request was unreasonable and cursed at me and left. I guess asking for the small nuts that hold my wheels on the car is too much to ask. Perhaps this company specializes with low prices to builders, and has no consideration for the end consumer and professional customer service... Too bad. If I did my job this way, I would be fired and the company would go bankrupt! Great first impression. I will now search elsewhere for my future upgrade on this website....(THANK YOU HOMESTARS fOR THIS GREAT RESOURCE!)

We agreed to purchase a new townhome in Mississauga in April 2005. So far, Sales Rep George has been excellent: professional, timely in returning calls, informative etc... The design centre was great service too: both Sarahs and Sophia have been very quick to return calls/emails ranging from last minute changes to our design decisions to answering questions regarding the closing date which was moved back one month - par for course for all builders friends/family have all said. So far, we cannot comment on the final product quality etc as we move in hopefully in June 2006 - so watch this space for the final installment.
