Replace pot light/correct electrical panel deficiencies
David was easy to reach (by e-mail) to arrange an acceptable time for the required repairs. After briefly reviewing the issues, he obtained the necessary parts in a minimum of time/little fuss. He replaced a defective pot light in a newly renovated bathroom quickly/efficiently. He was also able to address safety deficiencies in an older electrical panel noted in a recent home inspection report.
