I am writing this review as a satisfied loyal RETURN CLIENT of James. Procured his services in tuning and piano moving late last year, and again, to have my piano retuned (and hammer action repaired) at my new address this summer. I contracted James to restore and tune my old upright piano. I was extremely pleased as he knew what he was doing. Given that I am a student with a limited budget, he worked with me and gave sincere options and suggestions of which work was necessary on my piano and also where I can save by doing minor things as DIY. I look forward to doing business with him again! Thank you James!
