I really only visit Canadian Tire to purchase tools if I can't find them elsewhere. I went looking for a cordless drill and was quite disappointed by the selection. Right when I walked into the store, it's confusing. After finding the section, I perused for a few minutes and really wanted to ask someone who worked there what they would suggest. I searched for someone to no avail. Generally their store brand, Mastercraft, is average quality and price and I find the brand doesn't last very long at all. Overall, I'd say visit this location in a pinch, but search elsewhere for quality and service.

This location is tucked on Dufferin Street and is a little hidden gem in my opinion. I went in looking for brackets and shelves and the associate that was working and I started chatting about what I needed, he actually recommended that I go elsewhere for quality shelves! I greatly apreciate honesty, so, though I did go to a local lumber store, I now visit that location quite often and receive excellent service everytime. It's the small stores like this that are becoming hard to come by.

Pro Hardware in general has decent products, but nothing unique or architecturally pleasing. I recently added new fixtures to my bathroom and wanted to spend very little money. After checking out a few different places, I came here and though the selection is all quite generic, I did find something that worked and my bathroom is now transformed. If you're looking for something simple and cost effective I'd suggest here, but don't expect great service or anything out of the ordinary.

This location has a good selection of items but the retail service lacks greatly. I arrived here by suggestion and though it appears to be completely wholesale it's open to the public. The selection is excellent! I purchased really nice lighting fixtures for my new home that were affordable and right on with my home's style. I'd definitely reccommend this to others if you know what you're looking for and don't need advice or help.
