We changed our counter top at our brand new home, two weeks back. Did lots of research and met with few companies. Read online reviews including some negative ones about Toronto Granite. After our first visit, we decided to go with them. Even though they had the particular granite that I chose in stock with them, they suggested I choose a larger slab from another warehouse to reduce the number of joints. (Our counter top is too large..) Mark was good enough to personally accompany me to a ware house. They never put pressure to choose and was patient till I was happy. I felt that they went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. One of Mark's suggestion resulted in us saving some money at the same time our counter top looks great.
