Replaced hot water heater, AC and furnace in 2015 - four visits, five stars :)
I have had four visits (service, quotes, installation) from MacKay in 2015 to look at and replace older HVAC equipment and have been very impressed. Everyone from the top down and across the organization have been friendly and helpful, efficient and patient, knowledgeable and honest. I wanted to find a company on which I could work to keep my infrastructure in great working order and needed a company where respect for each other and the customer is important - and I found them. Fantastic and consistent customer service and support.
