We were experiencing some leaking from under our laundry centre in our condo. After searching Homestars and contacting Joe the Appliance Guy, I was referred to Adriano after Joe said he wasn't able to service my area of the city. After quickly reading the reviews here on Homestars, I agreed to the referral and Adriano was very prompt in calling me afterwards. We made plans for him to come by and diagnose the problem. He was friendly, organized and neat. He didn't mind me watching over his shoulder as I'm always curious to watch professionals when they are helping me out. He found the problem quickly, which was a cracked one-way drain chamber. Adriano was able to temporarily fix/seal the crack until the part could be ordered and installed. We made plans for same time the next week... and true to his word he arrived with the part and quickly fixed the problem once and for all. Cost: Two visits @ $75 and $95 for the new part. In the end Adriano was great to work with... and if you're in the downtown core you should consider using Adriano and Noble Appliance Repair. Very happy with the cost and most of all the great service. We'll be calling Adriano in the future if we have any other issues.

We had an issue with a chandelier light assembly we had initially installed ourselves. After struggling to troubleshoot, and reading the recommendations on HomeStars... I contacted HotWire. The office staff was extremely friendly and gave us the information/quote we needed to proceed. The day of the service call, the two technicians very friendly and easy to deal with. Turns out it was a quick fix, but they took the time to explain what we'd done wrong and what to look for in the future. The office once again followed up quickly after the service call to make sure we were happy with our service. We'll be calling HotWire for any electrical issues we have in the future in this home, and the next. Thanks again!
