After having my basement finished I contacted Dial One to get the ducts cleaned. He walked me through every step of the process and completed his job quickly and thouroughly. My neighbourhood just recently got together and put up about 15 fences. Can-Do worked with our neighbours and gave a very competitive price. Work was methodical and once they started they flew. 3 payments made life significatly easier for sure. One minor problem: After my fence was installed I noticed a 4-foot hole in my back yard. Obviously they mis-dug one of the poles. After contacting the owner, he was extremely apologetic and took immediate actions to correct the problem. I could tell that he was extremely embarrassed and angry that this was done improperly and guarenteed a speedy correction to this problem. I certainly enjoy a contractor who's not afraid to take responsibilities for thier mistakes and take actions to immediatley correct them. Walkout Deck w/ Interlocking Patio
My wife and I had recently purchased a brand new home and needed a walkout deck from our second story. Our house is semi-detached and we had the additional challenge of building a deck that could both hold my very large barbeque, but did not block the light from coming into my basement window on the lower level. Paul came over to my house and gave me several different options and worked with both me and my wife to come up with a suitable plan. Paul and his team did everything! Arrange for permits, work with the subcontractors, etc.. I came home one evening and loved what I saw, the next night, the stairs were torn down. Paul explained to me that the subcontractor improperly measured and two steps were 3/8 of an inch wrong. I would not have noticed this, but Paul certainly did. The man is a perfectionist, and doesn't expect anything but from those he employs. When all was said and done I was given a solid wood deck, a beautiful stone patio, and a backyard that is by far the envy of the neighbourhood. As an added touch, Paul used the leftover stone from the job and replaced the patio stones in my front yard, and dug out a garden. Sensational. I would not hesitate to use Paul and Willowcreek again.
Adel and his staff came over to my house, gave me a fair quote within my budget and proceeded immediately. I had two sofa's (fabric), 1 sectional (microfibre) and a burber carpet runner on two levels of stairs. The result stunned me - it looks like new!!! Not only that, but the manner in which they worked was efficient, unobtrusive, and of course clean. Taking my sectional from a state of baby mess to brand-spanking new just flat out amazed me! I would certainly tell all my friends about this service.
