Due to the record low temperatures on the weekend my basement bathroom pipes were frozen and then burst in the dead of the night on Monday. I first texted Val and then called first thing Tuesday morning and he promptly answered the call. He was able to come Tues afternoon and fixed my pipes. He was prompt, came within the time he said and kept in touch every step of the way by text and cleaned up after the work was done. He literally saved the day. I had requested quote for my roof and got a number of contractors who responded. Kevin stood out as someone who was not only knowledgeable and hardworking but also honest in his approach and cared about the end result.
