I contacted three painters re painting the exterior of our clapboard bungalo in the Capilano area of Edmonton. The house was in dire need of painting, with lots of old paint flaking off and many small areas of exposed bare wood. Spencer came to have a look, and he set us at ease with his easygoing manner and professionalism. He gave us an estimate on the spot, and after we had talked it over, we offered him the job. With Fall coming, and overseas visitors arriving in two weeks time, we needed to have the painting finished quickly. Spencer had no problem with that. He worked us in on weekday evenings and weekends, and he finished the job well before our deadline. He didn't take anything for granted: if he wasn't sure exactly what we wanted, he would always ask before continuing. He took directions very well, and made some excellent suggestions. We are very happy with the finished work, and would definitely have him and his company back for our next painting project!
