This project started as a waterproofing and repair/reonovation of a basement room. During the course of the work, it was discovered that my very old foundation was in fact missing significant portions and that the parts that werent missing were in poor shape. Dwayne and his team were able to mobilize and resolve the problem with only a couple of extra days work. They did a great job. Fantastic attention to detail and Dwayne was great at helping me understand what work was happening and how.

It is difficult to find cleaners that really get what you need right away. Usually there is a ramp-up period where you get to know eachother and learn what they do well, and they learn your needs. Not with Aida Sara. They seemed to get us right away, were super cheerful and have exceeded our expectations at every step! We have 4 elderly cats (so lots of dust and cat hair) and the cleaners have been great.

Kate is fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Super cheerful, quick and thorough. She used to have a partner, but now she works alone, which is too bad as together they whipped our house into shape in little over an hour. Obviously it takes longer now that there is one person, but I still think they are awesome.
