Phong had done a much larger job 4 yrs ago to re-install the stone to the whole side if our house. We were very satisfied with his quality of work,diligence and professionalism so we asked him to squeeze us in whenever possible to fill in the concrete on every small area of the foundation. He provided the same excellent level of service even if it was a very small job. We are very grateful!

The office staff was very helpful and prompt. The handyman went the extra mile to make sure the railing was the appropriate material and that it was positioned perfectly for my needs.

The owner examined all the areas to be repaired and explained in detail the plan to address each one. He explained that the installation company we had hired years ago had not applied sealant to prevent water damage which then had resulted in cracks all along the top ledge of the stone portion of the wall. Also, the previous installation company had failed to wash off dried mortar left on the stone. Brick Aid Masonary also took the extra time to remove that! The big portion of the repair involved removing several stones and reinstalling so that they were now perfectly flush to the wall. The back wall of the house that needed parging was excellently repaired too. When B.A.M.team was done, they cleaned up all the debris and hosed down my driveway until it was super clean. The owner and his team were very polite, hard working and meticulous. I would definitely recommend Brick Aid Masonry to anyone needing stone, brick or concrete installation to get it done right the first time, but if you were unfortunate like us then hire this company for excellent service and repair!

They were very punctual and the work was done very well. The owner made sure it was exactly as I wanted the trees trimmed. Also the receptionist is very friendly and was helpful in getting me an earlier date then expected. I will definitely hire this company again in the future and recommend it to others.

I would definitely recommend Gala Kitchens and Bath to anyone. The owner, Scott, was very attentive to our needs & wants. This was especially important because of the limitations in my physical abilities, so the fact that he took the time to get all the details just right was very valuable to us. He was very knowledgable about materials and provided helpful suggestions about suppliers.  Considering the fact that the kitchen and bathroom were being remodeled at the same time, he coordinated the timing of the sub-contractors & workers excellently.   At every stage, Scott communicated what would be happening in the next day or week.   Also, he always took the time to address our questions and concerns.  All the workers were very conscientious, hard-working and tidy. So, if you want a great reno experience with a contractor that goes the extra mile, then hire this company!

The service was great from booking the appointment to the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers. The owner (Sam) was punctual in providing the estimate and the proposed work contract was very clear and detailed. The crew worked efficently and cleanly. Finally, Sam provided a timely follow-up and clearly answered a few additional questions we had after the work was done.
