color change for house staging
Terrible job, cut in line left light colored stripes everywhere. Wanted his cheque while paint was still wet, didn't notice till dry or would have never paid. Only offered to fix if I paid for a third coat, no way I should pay. No regards for customer service, after several calls he still won't fix, rude, going to leave me out lots of money. Backed up by site visits from two local paint store managers who did a site visit. DO NOT USE, YOUR CHEQUE IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

Dear sir, just to clarify you supplied the paint. We gave you a credit for supply paint that we do not use. After cutting the painter needed another gallon which you went picked up. The tint was slightly off on the 2nd gallon of paint. We called out our supplier rep thinking there was something wrong with the product. We where then informed that it was not even our suppliers product. We also did offer to have staff come and apply our product for a minimal charge, but you refused to do that. We cannot just have a painter come and fix a problem that was caused by product that was supplied by yourself with quality product that we use for free.
