After making the quote request online, I got a call the next day and the estimate was scheduled for few days later. Chris showed up promptly and explained to me everything that I wanted to know and answered all my questions. Price was comparable to one other painting company that I requested quote for. But I felt that Chris was more knowledgeable in the trade because he explained things in more details. Also, when I looked at the itemized tasks in the contract, Elite Trade Painting had described tasks in more detail than the other company. Even things like “repair missing caulking” was listed, while the other company didn’t mention anything about it. So I was more confident that Elite Trade Painting will do everything that is described in the contract and pay attention to details. It took more than a month to schedule the project start date because it was raining a lot. One day he told me that he’ll come the next day sometime in the mid-day to start the project, and that he didn’t need my presence. I went to work in the morning as usual, and by the time I came home in the evening, the painting crew already cleaned up and left, and the work was almost completed in the first day for the two-day project. My house looks so sharp now with fresh coat of paint. I’m very pleased with the result and the entire process.
