We called Phil to get an estimate for a long list of home repairs. He came to our home right on time and made notes and took photos of the items needing repair. He then emailed us a very detailed and reasonable estimate. He replaced the floor tiles in the powder room (a very time consuming and arduous job, as the toilet, vanity and baseboards also had to be removed and then replaced), several drywall repairs, replaced a kitchen cabinetry panel, replaced silicone in the bathroom shower, bathtub and sinks, hung 2 very heavy mirrors (he came up with a great, safe solution where there was no stud in the wall where we wanted one hung), and several more small repairs. He was meticulous and kept the areas where he was working clean while he was working and after completion. He prices the work by the job, not by the hour,, so we paid exactly what the estimated quote was, even though some jobs took longer than expected because of complications out of his control. He was very kind and accommodating in repairing a couple of additional items that were not on our original to-do list, and he kindly rearranged his schedule to complete the work. We wouldnt hesitate to hire Phil again to complete any home repairs - his work is excellent and his pricing is reasonable.

Sadly we had to repoint the stone work on our 6 year old front porch .... Greg and his team did a fantastic job, a long with colour matching to the existing mortar. So good in fact, that five other neighbors used Greg for the same repairs .... Highly recommend.

We decided to hire Javier to install our backyard interlock patio after reading the positive reviews on Homestars. He came to our house to give us an estimate, which was competitive, and which we received in writing shortly after. It was an extremely difficult job as our home is a townhouse with no access except over a rear fence and the pavers are very large and heavy. Elizabeth answered any questions by phone or e-mail promptly and patiently. Even though we booked the job a couple of months in advance, as they were very busy, the work was started on the date originally specified and was finished before the estimated timeline. Our patio turned out beautiful and we have received many compliments on it. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend J.B. Landscaping and Interlock to anyone.
