Our pool had not been properly maintained by prior owners for several years. As a result the finite base developed cracks and ground water was coming in. The equipment was not well connected and had sprung multiple joint leaks. A large number of tiles had either come off or was on its way. Ontario Pool Service representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues. All of the issues were addressed over about a month. The pool is now as good as new with a new paint, repaired concrete and tiles, working equipment and free of contamination and algae. We were very happy by the service we received and would strongly recommend Ontario Pool Service to others.
