Sukh's quote was competitive. The renovation from a friend's home impressed me. The workers came exactly on time for 2 weeks and cleaned up the mess every day. And I was extremely happy. 3 weeks later Sukh called because he wanted to change something. The drawers were not up to his standards and he replaced 20 drawers at no charge. Wow! I was more than happy before and now I am really impressed. He deserves 10+++
