Heat pump was installed. First issue was that after i had programed it it wouldn't turn off in spring. Glen blamed me for programing it....said i wasn't supposed to do that. Every contact i've had with him he is very disrespectful. Then the unit froze up in the winter, and finally they came to fix. He installed exactly the same unit, at my neighbour at the same time. our houses are 20 feet apart, so one would expect units to run the same. now his answer is there is nothing wrong with the unit..i should shovel it out. yet same amount of snow 20 feet away at my neighbours and he had no problem. i've contacted Daiken and they recommended I contact another dealer in the area. Horrible service from Glenmar.
