Rinox removed all of the finishes in my basement. They cut an opening between my garage and my basement. They removed the entire basement slab. They excavated the entire basement (1200 square feet) between the foundation walls to a depth of 4 feet. All of this work was extremely labour intensive but was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The owner of the company ensured that the bins were always scheduled so as to never stop the work. The work was finished on time and on schedule.

I found this company through Yellow Pages and googling reviews. Bart provided about seven possible budgets for my project. However, it took a while for him to provide me with the final prices and when he did he did not provide a breakdown of the prices. I find this industry can be initially secretive. Eventually, I did receive the pricing and the breakdown. Despite such issue I found the company to do a good job.
