Rick Clayton did the home inspection for me on August 12th, 2015. It is an older home (built in '99) and he did a FANTASTIC job! I was impressed with his attention to detail, thoroughness and patience (we asked many questions!) He was extremely professional - showed up half an hour early and started right away, had numerous observations, constructive suggestions and recommendations. His follow up is great as well - I really like the report format (e-mail, contains all relevant details, pictures, recommendations, etc.) I would recommend Rick any day!
