I hired Precision Interlocking in April of 2009 after interviewing and getting quotes from three different companies. It was a big mistake. They were great in the beggining BEFORE the sale. Made prompt and profesional appointments and worked out all the details. After that is when they fell off. The install started unannounced and unpredicted after I requested to be called and informed of start date and also wanted to be present. Install took one day. Two days after install the driveway portion of the interlocking completely sunk and complaint was filed. Problem was fixed 11 days after complaint and was given an explanation which I accepted. About 2 weeks later another problem in same spot as previous and new problems arose. Contacted saleman immediately and was told it would be fixed the upcoming Saturday. Nobody fixed the problem as told and the worst customer service I have ever had began. I have kept a log of every phone call to salesman, and the two owners about the repair that needed. 13 phone calls and several text messages(not too professional in my books)over the next 5 months and the repair was fixed October 29th after filing complaint May 14th. From May 30th to August 20 I had no communication with the company because I thought it was pointless and gave up. I was called August 20 but they still did not fix problem until October 29th and it only took an hour of their time! This spring (2010)I contacted them again to fix more problems after the winter. I contacted owner (as he told me to do from now on last year) in middle of March but did not get a reply after two weeks. I contacted the owner again and was told repair would be done week of april 5th - 9th. After another couple of weeks and 3 phone calls all initiated by me the repair was attempted April 24th. The repair was done poorly and a large mess was left and the employee "snuck away" after attending it for about 45 minutes. I called owner again April 26th to express my complaint about the repair and never got a return call. I have decided to give up on the company even though I have 1 year of warranty still left. I no longer wish to waste my time on a company that does not understand or care about its customers. I sent an email to the office, the owner and salesman expressing my upset attitude with the company and never recived a reply. Stay away from this company. Their quote was not the cheapest of the most expensive so you can definately find better!

Company Response

We at Precision Interlocking are very upset to know that one of our customers is disatisfied with the service they recieved. We do apoligize and recommend that this customer contact us immediatly to resolve this issue. Precision Interlocking dedicates our weekends to all repairs and warrantible items. We have many customers that are extremely happy with our work. To have our first review on homestars to be negative is a disapointment because we have so many happy customers who have not wrote a review on here. We take pride in our work and this review can be looked on as a positve situation for the company. It can remind us to work hard in the future and not let anyone down again.
