I was very impressed with Rick's professionalism - yet he is a very nice and friendly guy to deal with - go figure. One can tell that he has worked in the business of construction and home inspection for many years. Besides the home inspection (which didn't leave anything undetected or unexplained) the report I got included many pictures and even repair suggestions/instructions where applicable. Very pleased - from start to finish - all at a very competitive price. Keep it up Rick
