Mark came out to do a repair for me and which he originally installed in my basement. It turned out fantastic better than I hoped considering the carpet was put in 2016. Mark is alway professional to deal with and is is prompt on getting back to you which is a plus now a days. I will always go to Mark for my flooring needs. Thanks Again Mark

I had Mark from Victorious Flooring remove old carpet and install new under pad and carpet . He came to our house to give a quote and was very knowledgable on all types of flooring I explained what I was looking floor and my concerns so I decided to hire them. Going over all the details with him from picking the colour to the type of carpet as well as the type of under pad. They came this past Tuesday and from removing the old to new one the installers were top notch and very good and they cleaned up after themselves with no mess and turned out better then I thought and all done in one day which was great . I would have no problem recommending mark and his company . Thanks Again

John was great they refinished some wooden bases in black lacquer or piano black kept me up to date on the progress even when they finished them an I damaged one of them when I got them home I brought it back to them and said no problem will get it fixed for you . John and his staff Thanks Again
