Furnace/Hot Water/AC installation
Pat and Jake installed a new gas furnace, hot water tank, and A/C unit on 30/31 July 2015. I was so impressed with these young men's professionalism, work ethic, and calm demeanour. They stayed until 5:30 pm to ensure my A/C was running (it was about 35 degrees outside,) and each took a lot of time to explain how my new equipment worked. They were punctual, polite, and went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied client in terms of the install. Julie DeBoer was the sales rep and was a superb representative for Service Experts/Francis. She spent a lot of time reviewing the equipment with me and dropped by prior to the install to measure and discuss placement.
