Our new fridge had a dent in the door, Josh W came to our home to replace the door. I was totally impressed with his professional manner and the care he took to protect our floors and countertops. He entered our house covering his outdoor shoes with protective slippers. This was much appreciated as we had our hardwood redone a few weeks prior. Josh W. Not only provided excellent service but also was very personable and knowledgable. Charolette was the lady that arranged the booking and checked in to see if we were pleased with the service we were provided. It was totally a pleasure to speak to her. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to accommodate us. My husband and I would totally recommend Mr. Appliance.
