When getting a quote for a tree limb cut, because the price can vary greatly, I would suggest take a picture of the tree and circle exactly where the cut is to be made, because if you mis-understand it might cost more than the quote. Could have taken better care of my flowers to reach my cedar hedges. The damage is acceptable, but maybe if they worked more carefully it would cause less flower damage. Overall, I am pleased but next time I will ensure where the limb should be cut exactly so no last minute price increase surprises.

I do believe that you agreed at the time of estimate that no major limb will be removed because it is not over your property and branches at the tips will be cut back for clearance and to reduce weight on the limb.
