An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I discovered West End Pools (Our sister construction company) on the Homestars website and decided to contact them based on the many excellent reviews posted on the site by satisfied customers. I set up a meeting with Brent; the whole experience was positive and professional from the initial meeting to the 3D rendition of what my backyard would look like with the pool and landscaping. Brent was able to visually turn my small backyard into a space my family could really enjoy. Unfortunately I have had to put the project on hold but will definitely call Brent to complete the project when the timing is right.
