Near the end of August, when my oven was overheating by an additional 200 degrees. I called this company. Adi came over that evening and was very nice and personable. I paid around $60 or $80, I think, for that call. He said that the computer panel needed replacing. A day or two later, I paid him $560. The appointment was made for him to come and install the part a week or so later. I made arrangements to come home for that - and waited. No show. When I called later, he said that the part hadn't come in yet. I mentioned that it would have been courteous to have let me know that ahead of time. A new date was set for early-mid-September. When he arrived, the cables of the part did not match up to the rest of my stove; it was a Whirlpool part for a Kenmore stove. Away he went again. The next day or so, the part was installed. The oven worked for a few days until I tried to put it on self-clean. Everything stopped working completely and the stove made a sad clicking sound. Adi came back at the end of September to take the part, gave us back $120 of the labour charge until it would be fixed, and we haven't seen him since. He hasn't answered my calls or texts. My husband reached him, and he said he was waiting for Whirlpool to take care of the part. I was in touch with Whirlpool myself; they do a straight exchange and do not make a customer sit for an additional 5 weeks while they fiddle with repairs on a new part. Our biggest concern is that he has walked away with the part so absolutely nothing works on our stove or oven for 5 weeks; at least before I had a stovetop. There is an empty hollow where the display and electrical should be, we are out $500, and these guys have disappeared into thin air and have not responded to our messages. Stay far away from this company.

I discovered significant spills and stains all over our family room after the departure of some young house guests. Given the nature of the spills, I knew that they had to be dealt with immediately. When I called Steam Kleen, a friendly real voice answered. Jay and his team found a way to come to me in just a couple of hours. They treated the areas and then cleaned and deodorized the entire carpets. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, and accommodating.
