Working with Fun and Fashion has been a wonderful experience. It began with the swiftness with which we were able to book a visit for a quote after discovering a leak in an upstairs ensuite bathroom. When Peter came to give a quote, his professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. He was very upfront and clear about what he thought the problem was and what it would take to fix it. This was reassuring, especially after the previous company had sent someone to take pictures and send them to someone who knew something about construction to try to identify the problem! We received his written quote very quickly. It was clear, easy to read, and favourably comparable to the other two quotes we had received. Once we decided to go ahead with the work, Peter’s guidance and recommendations were invaluable. Once the work began, the experience got even better. We had no qualms about the quality of the work and truly appreciated the clear communications. Peter made a point of contacting us regularly to be certain we were satisfied with what was being done and to answer any questions we had. Once the work was done, the bill that was presented held no surprises. The costs had been made clear to us along the way and we knew what we would be paying ahead of time. Any extra costs for any extra work we requested along the way were clearly communicated to us before the work was started. Overall, we are entirely satisfied with the job that Fun and Fashion did for us. Our new bathroom exceeds our expectations. It is truly gorgeous with workmanship that is a true credit to an excellent company. We don’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.
