We found Rick via his website and contacted him via text to set up a home inspection on short notice. He arrived at our meeting time early and already inspecting the exterior of the property. He was a joy to work with and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rick took the time to answer all of our questions and explain things thoroughly throughout the home inspection. As we are first time home buyers this was very important to us. Rick utilizes a lot of technology to help provide a better service and he explains why/how the tech helps him perform his job better. He also is very thorough in the actual inspection, not hesitating to crawl into tight spaces, dirty attics, etc. Following the inspection, Rick emailed us an Inspection Report that detailed all the things he identified as issues with the house. He uses a lot of detailed images to explain whats wrong and how the issues can be fixed. The report came very quickly following the inspection. We left completely satisfied with the inspection and we will be using him again when the time comes and recommending his service to all our friends. - Ben & Jess
