In December 2009 the company installed new windows and doors in my home. I was impressed with the saleswoman (Marina) and the installer (Chris). This was however until I noticed that they failed to install one screen on a window. The next day I noticed and that's when the extremely poor service started. They have ignored my phone calls, ignored the Better Business Bureau and now I've spoken to a lawyer about small claims court. Such a small thing to fix, they seem to be perfectly willing to ignore their contractual obligations and are to be hoping that I'll just go away. Think two or three times before going with this company.
