Our Air Conditioner which is quite old (1998), broke on one of the hottest days of the summer. On very short notice (within hours), Chris came out to our home, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it, at a very reasonable cost. We were apprehensive about repairing the old unit, and were worried that any repairman who came to see it would immediately default into selling us a new model. Chris was straight up, honest, and very trustworthy. When we inevitably DO replace this unit I will have no hesitation calling Chris to take care of us.
