Demex completed our Deck in the fall of 2018. I can't say enough about Demex and specifically Art. From first contact Art was honest and straightforward. I was very skeptical at first because we had contacted many contractors that didn't follow through with their bids or they weren't interested in our project because it was a balcony deck with a structure / addition that complicated the project. Art explained his approach and always answered our questions. He worked with us until the project was completed in a timely manner. He was transparent and fair in his budgeting and we love our finished deck. I highly recommend Demex.

We had some initial bumps getting started with Al given the amount of snow this winter but found him to be an honest person who wants his customers to be happy and is willing to make sure that happens.

Paul did a terrific job on our front walkway. He was on time and on budget. He offered great advice and we are really pleased with the outcome. I hope we can use Paul for other projects around our home in the future and we would highly recommend him to friends.

Like many of the reviewers I called Aiad because of his outstanding reviews on this site and I am glad that we did. He was very professional every step of the way and we are very pleased with the finished product. It was a very big project for us as we had the second story of our entire home stripped of old wood and old stucco and renovated by Aiad and his crew. I appreciated Aiad’s consistent communication.
