No show for the first Appointment, 2nd Appointment was 45 minutes late. After wasting almost an hour of my time again he wastes even more time by refusing to start work until paid in full after being there for over 20 minutes setting up, instead of telling me this before hand. At this point I was tempted to let him walk away but I needed the work done and I was in a time crunch and did not want to wait so I ran out to the bank. Work was mediocre at best, 1/2 the filters for my restaurant did not come very clean, not only that but I was told an hour and he was there for 2 & 1/2. Guy was not arrogant in any way, but definitely won't be calling them back next month.
