Ron came the same day we asked for an estimate. Another firm on this site still hasn't come and Ron has already finished the job. Before looking at our trees Ron noticed that our neighbours' large maple was in overall bad shape and dead branches were hanging over our driveway. Our neighbours had called the city for an inspection but no had come. He called the city immediately and told us to call as well and register our concern. A city inspector came the next morning, declared the tree a hazard, and an efficient city crew arrived the next morning to take it down. All this was due to Ron's initiative. He did a great job trimming our trees and he is very sensitive to their needs. Cleanup was excellent. Ron is very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. He also gives lots of tips about caring for trees. We would definitely use Ron in the future.

The furnace protection plan with Direct Energy is really worth it. It includes an annual cleaning, and when the Service Technician came he discovered the board all wires connect to was malfunctioning. Even though he was only here for the cleaning, he got permission to repair the furnace on the spot (for free) which was very complicated as the board we have is no longer manufactured and he had to replace it with a new one and then re-wire the whole board - a complex task. He then checked to make sure every aspect of the furnace with the new board was working properly. All this took a few hours of concentrated work - and it was free with the furnace protection plan.
