I recently had a roof reshingling job on my Kanata home successfully completed by Remember Me Roofing. I started off by obtaining several quotes. Chris was the only one who asked to meet with me at the time of preparing the estimate in order to explain the reshingling process, the estimate and to answer any questions I may have. Chris was very personable, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He provided clear and detailed information, was proud of his crew and his company and was not at all pushy or aggressive. He told me his price quote would likely not be either the lowest or highest and this was true but it was a fair, competitive quote. Before making a decision I contacted him with follow up questions to which I received a response within a day. I was also offered the opportunity to be on a "short list" for last-minute contact whereby based on a spot opening, my job could possibly be moved up on the schedule if I would be able to accommodate 1 day or less advance notice. My home was a 2 day job. The crew arrived on the agreed date, were friendly, provided progress reports, did a good clean up and completed the job as planned. I have received several positive comments from people who have seen the "new" roof. I would highly recommend that Chris and Remember Me Roofing be given the opportunity to provide an estimate and be given serious consideration for the job.
